1. Go to your blog,
explore putting in pictures into your group blog-site.

You may not have digital photos at the moment,

you could draw out some photos from Project > Ng Peng Peng> Photo Collage
Don’t spend too much time selecting a picture,
just get anyone,
then explore exporting the selected photo into your group blog.

2. you’ll be taking some pictures, share them via your group blog

Today’s focus on Plants (leaves, flowers, buds, stems, roots, etc…)
Look for colours, textures, differences, etc…

2. cactus pond (near to bus-bay, behind the new telephone)
3. Eco-garden (from brown bench near to the bus-park, to the sand bath)

5. between block C and D – the open fire-engine access area (you’ll find many pandan, papaya, palms, etc
6. car park (office – to end of the carpark nearest to Summerdale)

Hi pupils, we will be taking part in the above-mentioned competition.

Creating Your Own Blog - ISSUES TO NOTE
Some concerns when working on a blog -(Source from:IT Literature Review - Weblogs in Education by Tan Yuh Huann, Ow Eu Gene, Jeanne Marie Ho Pau Yuen)

1. Plagiarism - Copying of someone's work and taking it as own.
2. Legal Liabilities - Copyright, defamation and racism
a. infringement of copyrights when attaching pictures, audio files, or any other files which may be copyrighted.
b. Do respect others' intellectual properties by seeking permission from the copyright owners before posting, or by acknowledging the source.
3. Express yourself responsibly
a. Do not post information that is hearsay or will hurt others' feelings. This may result in the act of defamation, where someone's reputation is adversely affected.
b. Cultivate respect for other races, esp. in our multi-racial society
c. Do not post any racist remark that demonstrates discrimination or prejudice against the other ethnic groups.Anyone who violates the copyright acts or is found guilty of defamation or racism is liable to have legal actions taken against them.

6. As there aren't many pictures to comment, once you are done with the comments, to improve further
on the left panel, go to intro to digital photography
7. go to right - digital workflow
8. read through, then look at the 4 hyperlinks

Organize them
Fix pictures
Print and share

do a step by step study of the above 4 pointers

Tip - to view the updates, click refresh icon on the top left toolbar

9. On the left - go to lessons and activities
you may wish to go through them in detail.
